More Convenient,
Maximum Efficiency!

As widely recognized, there exists a demand for expansive gathering spaces in diverse venues such as hotels, hospitals, universities, cultural centers, wedding halls, theater halls, opera houses, and corporate headquarters—where individuals convene for a myriad of activities.

Anticipating future demands and acknowledging the substantial investment associated with these structures, these buildings incorporate designated areas with names like conference halls, meeting halls, theaters, operas, and wedding halls. These spaces are intricately designed and brought into operation to cater to the multifaceted needs of individuals and organizations alike.

When envisioning the design of conference halls, meticulous attention must be given to acoustic considerations to ensure an immersive auditory experience. This becomes especially paramount during events such as speeches, concerts featuring a variety of instruments, or vocal performances, where sound dispersion must be meticulously controlled.

The essence of acoustic calculations for a conference hall lies in achieving an optimal projection of sound, allowing each corner of the hall to resonate with clarity from the stage. To cater to the dynamic nature of diverse activities occurring simultaneously and to maintain a consistent acoustic ambiance, the incorporation of movable partition walls becomes integral in the hall's design.

These versatile movable partition walls, often referred to as partition systems, boast a composition of panels crafted from an array of sound-absorbing materials. Among these materials are rock wool, wooden partitions, sound insulation felts, cork panels, wall partition systems, and stainless steel sheets. Ingeniously arranged within an aluminum profile frame carcass, these materials effectively absorb and impede the transmission of sound. The exterior is then adorned with protective finishes such as chipboard or MDFlam.

By seamlessly aligning these panels side by side, temporary fixed walls are effortlessly formed, providing a flexible means to divide the space as dictated by the event's requirements. Once the curtain falls on different activities, the movable partition walls gracefully retract, restoring the conference hall to its original, unobstructed state with an air of seamless versatility.

System Specifications

When delving into the technical aspects, this system is fundamentally built upon a rail mechanism where panels seamlessly glide and affix themselves by hanging onto a steel construction. The objective is to facilitate the movement of panels along the rail, situated between two walls, securing them to the ground and interlocking them with each other through the upward and downward motion of the slides.

In the pursuit of optimal sound insulation, a synergy of partition wall systems, intermediate partition systems, and wall partition panels is orchestrated. This involves the manipulation of records moving up and down on the floor and the hanging rail. As they traverse, a sound barrier is created on both the upper and lower sides of the wall partition panels, culminating in the fixation of the last panel to establish a solid sound-insulated wall.

The panels exhibit a width ranging from 80 to 110 cm, with heights varying between 2.4 and 12 m. Remarkably, our company has successfully manufactured panels reaching a height of 9.45 meters, showcasing our commitment to pushing the boundaries in movable partition design. These partitions have found favor in over 100 establishments, including hotels, hospitals, conference halls, and wedding venues across our country.

To illustrate further, envision these movable partitions deployed beneath a 25 m wide space with a cage ceiling. Alternatively, in projects covering a 1000 m2 area, they can be configured into 8-10 sections, transforming into classrooms for educational purposes. When desired, the panels can be effortlessly collected in parking lots, seamlessly converting the space into a versatile conference hall.

The exterior surfaces of these movable partition walls and wall partition systems are artfully shaped based on the architects' preferences. Some panels feature intricately designed slatted surfaces crafted by furniture manufacturers, while other projects boast decorative surfaces incorporating mirrors and stainless steel sheets. The ultimate design decisions lie in the hands of the architects orchestrating the project.

Movable partition walls and wooden partitions are typically manufactured within the 45 to 57 dB range. Achieving each decibel necessitates a distinct layer of interior material, and the selection of these materials is meticulously determined through acoustic calculations, ensuring a harmonious balance between aesthetics and functionality.
